At Cable Ties Unlimited, we strive to ensure you have the right cable management solutions for your project. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Return Process

  Request an RMA

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all cable ties, mounts, or tools are included and the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send the package to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods to confirm they are in resellable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
